Change must come from within if it is to be sustainable. No one can force us to change.

Coaching is a co-creative, thought-provoking alliance that helps us become aware of the gap between our current situation and our aspirations. It reinforces our self-motivation and self-regulation, enabling us to use our internal resources rather than just external ones to generate lasting change.
